LAUREN VON REYN

Lauren is a Talent Partner at Lightbank, and works on recruiting and talent strategy internally at Lightbank and externally with our portfolio companies. Prior to joining Lightbank, Lauren co-founded Luminary Media, a Lightbank portfolio company. Lauren's background is in executive search; she was an early member of the Product, Data, and Technology Practice at True Search.

Lauren graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
