JOE HAYES

Joe joined Lightbank in 2022 as a Senior Finance Manager. Prior to joining Lightbank, Joe was focused on building and scaling the corporate finance function at multiple Chicago companies; most recently at ActiveCampaign, a customer experience automation company valued at $3b, and Uptake, a Lightbank portfolio company. He also has previous experience in Equity Capital Markets investment banking at Robert W. Baird & Co.

Joe holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
